This matter is presently before us by virtue of preliminary objections of defendants, the Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn (Dime) and B.B.E. Corporation (B.B.E.), to the interrogatories of plaintiff, Milstein Floor Covering Co., Inc. (Milstein). It is the position of defendants that the information sought by Milstein is irrelevant to the present action.
