Heffernan, J,

Appellant is an honorably-discharged disabled veteran of the World war entitled to all the benefits and privileges conferred by section 6 of article 5 of the State Constitution and section 21 of the Civil Service Law. Since March, 1932, he has been continuously employed in the classified competitive civil service position of court attendant, Grade A, Court of General Sessions, New York County.
