THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs-Intervenors’ Motion to Compel the National Railroad Passenger Company a/k/a Amtrak and BNSF Railway Company to Fully Respond to Discovery, filed June 23, 2011 (Doc. 98). The Court held a hearing on July 14, 2011.
