The case in brief is this: The reduction company, as the owner of certain real and personal property comprising a chlorination mill and consisting of buildings, machinery, and supplies for the operation of the same, procured from the insurance company a policy insuring both the realty *510and personalty against loss by fire. The policy contained this clause:
