The respondent, by motion, seeks to dismiss the petition for modification of a support order.
The petition in the instant proceeding alleges that an order of support was made by Monroe County Family Court, wherein the respondent was found chargeable with the support of his wife and child, but which did not require him to pay any amount as a contribution toward their support.
