[¶ 1] Carroll J. Sproul and James M. Sproul appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Lincoln County, Perkins, A.R.J.) denying their M.R. Civ. P. 80B appeal from the decision of the Booth-bay Harbor Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board of Appeals affirmed the decision of the Boothbay Harbor Planning Board granting James and Geraldine Mag-nasco permission to expand a nonconforming structure pursuant to Boothbay HarboR Code art.
