Alleging that the debtor-in-possession, Media Central, Inc. (“Media Central”), improperly solicited acceptances to its proposed plan of reorganization, a creditor, Donatelli & Kline, Inc. (“Donatelli & Kline”), filed a motion for sanctions in this chapter 11 case.
