*829Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 24, 2004, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because she lost her employment due to misconduct.

Claimant was discharged from her employment as a shift supervisor for a drug store after she sold beer to an underage coworker without requesting proof of age. The record establishes that claimant was aware of the employer’s zero tolerance policy regarding the sale of alcohol to minors and that employees were required to check proof of age before alcohol was sold.…
