OPINION
McDONALD, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal by plaintiffs from summary judgment they take nothing in suit against defendant Bank for breach of trust and negligent failure to properly administer a trust of which plaintiffs were beneficiaries.
Plaintiffs Carol Hurd Jewett and Travis Hurd, son and daughter of Ray Hurd, deceased, sued defendant Bank for breach of trust and deceptive trade practices in its capacity as trustee of a trust created January 2, 1970, by Ray Hurd.
