In these consolidated cases, plaintiffs, two cable television program services and trade associations representing cable program services and cable television system operators, assert antitrust claims against the defendant, Broadcast Music, Inc. (“BMI”), in connection with music performing rights licenses issued by BMI. BMI, in turn, along with several affiliates, counterclaims against the two program service plaintiffs for copyright infringement.
