MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BUTLER, District Judge.
These consolidated actions are before the Court on a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for new trials or for remittiturs of damages filed by the defendants, Owens-Illinois, Inc. and Keene Corporation. These thirteen separate actions were consolidated for trial over defendants’ objections. Following a fifteen day trial, the jury returned verdicts in favor of each plaintiff.
