Long and David Burnham brought this action pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, to challenge the response by defendant, the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”), to their FOIA requests for records from, or relating to, the DOJ Civil Division’s (“the Division”) case management system database (“CASES”).
