This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia entered April 5, 195Q. The order dismissed the appellant’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus, discharged a writ which had been issued pursuant to the petition and remanded the appellant to the custody of the appellee United States Marshal. The order was entered after a hearing.
