This suit was instituted in the district court of' Cooke county, Tex., by Neoma Lee Nabors, a minor, by and through her uncle, John A. Miller, as her next friend, against American Life Insurance Company, a corporation, duly authorized to do business in this state. The action is based on an alleged tort, as will later more fully appear. Trial in the district court, where the ease was submitted to a jury_on special issues, resulted in a verdict andTUdgment for Neoma'Lee Na-bors for $1,250.
