*390In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Mega, J.), dated August 1, 2002, which granted the defendants’ respective motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting the motions of the defendants N.B. Construction Corporation and Techno Construction, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them and substituting therefor a provision…
