— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered April 14, 1978 in Broome County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief compelling respondents to comply with the provisions of article 7 of the Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law). In this article 78 proceeding petitioners seek both declaratory and injunctive relief.
