The parties herein will be referred to as they appeared in the court below.

This action was originally commenced for maintenance and alimony. The appeal is from the final judgment for alimony. Several orders were made for payment of maintenance and alimony and attorneys’ fees pend-ente lite, in the aggregate amount of $1,-085, which has been paid by the defendant.

The record shows that upon final judgment the court refused to fix and allow defendant a supersedeas bond, thereby imposing upon the defendant the responsibility to make payments of $30 alimony per month, which…
