YOUNG, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is an action under section 205(g) of .the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Compl. 1, ECF No. 1. The Plaintiff, William T. Pennell Jr. (“Pennell”), is seeking judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) denying him Social Security disability insurance (“SSDI”) benefits.
