I dissent from the conclusion reached in the majority opinion that the National Labor Relations Act (hereinafter “NLRA”) preempts the appellants’ state law claims.

The majority has departed from a long line of cases where this Court has guarded against unnecessary federal preemption of our state’s right to provide a remedy for wrongful acts.
