'Defendant May Whiting, residing in Chicago, owned a half section of land in Brown county, S. D., which she wanted to dispose of. Defendant Rasmussen was her brother, and he and plaintiffs resided in Aberdeen, S. D. Rasmussen, knowing his sister desired to dispose of her land, asked Neill if he could find a buyer, and in the course of conversation between them.
