We are asked to construe TEX.CODE CRIM. P.ANN. art. 55.01(a)(2) that permits expunction of arrest records upon fulfillment of certain conditions. It is clear that upon fulfillment of certain prescribed conditions, all of the offenses charged arising from a single arrest can be expunged. In…
