This is an appeal, by trustees under a deed of trust from Honey Lane, Inc., for the benefit of its creditors, from an order directing them to pay to the conditional vendor of certain chattels $5,294.63, the agreed balance due on two conditional sale contracts, substituted by agreement of counsel, with the court’s approval, for the chattels in question, which were sold by the trustees.
