OPINION
This matter is before us on interlocutory appeal pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 308 (eff. Feb. 1, 1994), to consider two questions certified by the trial court. Plaintiff is the executor and principal heir of the estate of Edith-Marie Appleton (decedent) and is co-trustee and principal beneficiary of the Edith-Marie Appleton Trust (trust).
