After a jury found Shane Jowell Anderson guilty of six counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343, one count of making false statements in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014, and one count of failure to appear in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3146, the district court 1 sentenced him to 49 months’ imprisonment.
