GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.
A jury found Stephen Barker guilty of four counts of tax evasion- — evading and defeating the payment of income taxes, penalties and interest — in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201, and the district court sentenced him to 42 months’ imprisonment. Barker appeals his conviction, arguing that the Government’s evidence was insufficient to prove that he acted willfully in light of his good-faith belief that he did not owe any federal income taxes.
