ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS

This matter came before the Court on the United States Trustee’s (the “Trus tee”) Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b) (the “Motion”). Following a hearing on January 9, 2007, the Court requested that the parties file post-hearing briefs. Those briefs having been filed, the Court now issues the following Order. 1
