This is an appeal from an order dated October 27, 1969, terminating the parental rights of the appellant as to her son, Eugene Deerwester, and empowering Eugene’s guardian to consent to his legal adoption without further notice to appellant. The order made findings that the preponderance of the evidence established that the appellant failed to maintain a reasonable degree of interest, concern and responsibility for, and also that appellant had deserted Eugene for more than three months preceding the filing of the petition.
