is an. action to enforce specific performance of a contract made by plaintiff with defendant Clark on November 4, 1911, relative to the purchase of certain placer mining property in Humboldt County in this state. The other defendants were made defendants with Clark under allegations in -the complaint that they had acquired an interest from defendant Clark in the contract of purchase subsequent to its execution.
