Lewis v. McAlpine

This motor vehicle tort action was dismissed for the plaintiffs’ failure to attend a pretrial conference. The plaintiffs have appealed the denial of their motion to vacate the dismissal order.

There was no error.

The accident occurred on January 15,1999.
