The appellant was charged hy information, together with one George E. Nothaf, with the crime of robbery, alleged to have been committed on the twenty-second day of February, 1923, upon one H. L. Halverstadt. He was tried separately, and found guilty. He appeals from the judgment of conviction. "We will consider his assignments of error in the order in which they are presented in appellant’s brief.
