OPINION AND ORDER
SESSIONS, District Judge.
In this contract action brought by The Fonda Group, Inc. (“Fonda”) against Paul Lewison, Wendy Lewison, and Michael Lewison (collectively, “the ' Lewisons”), both sides have moved for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, the Lewisons’ motion for summary judgment (Paper 97) is DENIED and Fonda’s motion for summary judgment (Paper 90) is GRANTED.
