In this appeal, transferred to this court pursuant to Ala. Code 1975, § 12-2-7(6), Alice Avant Wilson seeks the reversal of a default judgment entered against her by the Autauga Circuit Court in a civil action brought by her brothers, David Avant and Larry Avant (“the Avants”).
