The plaintiffs, Carol Breest and others ("Breest”), who are inmates, spouses, or friends of inmates, and a staff member of a community organization that advocates for low income persons, including prisoners, seek to enjoin the defendant, Larry DuBois (“DuBois”) from monitoring and tape recording telephone calls that originate from Massachusetts Correctional institutions.
