MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

YOUNG, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Kristin DaSilva-Santos, (“DaSilva”) brings this action against Michael Astrue, the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, (“Commissioner”) seeking a judgement reversing or, in the alternative, remanding for the further proceedings, the Commissioner’s decision denying her disability benefits.
