MEMORANDUM OPINION

GLEN M. WILLIAMS, Senior District Judge.

This diversity action is currently before the Court on the separate motions of the defendants to dismiss the plaintiffs’ complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted under Virginia law. The plaintiffs, Dennis and Regina Wolford (collectively, “the Wolfords”), brought suit naming the Budd Company, Cooper Tire Company, and Ford Motor Company as defendants (collectively, “the defendants”).
