This action was brought by the Commercial Bank & Trust Company to quiet title to an undivided one-half interest in a tract of land situated in Sweet Grass county.

The complaint alleges title in plaintiff, and that each of the defendants, without right, claims some interest in the property. The defendant Marcia E. Stocker filed separate answer and cross-complaint, in which she denied that plaintiff is the owner of the property and alleged that she is the owner of the property as the surviving wife of Charles F.
