This is a class action under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is before the Court on the Defendants Equifax, Inc. and *1366TransUnion, LLC’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 38]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendants Equifax, Inc. and Tran-sUnion, LLC’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 38] is GRANTED.
