It This appeal arises out of the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Peter E. Haley, was convicted by a jury of one count of possession of pornography involving juveniles in violation of La. R.S. 14:81.1. Haley was subsequently sentenced to eight years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, with credit for time served, to run concurrent with any other sentences.
