The plaintiff, Foros Advisors LLC ("Foros"), a financial advisory boutique, brings this action against Digital globe, Inc. ("DGI") for breach of contract, quantum meruit, and unjust enrichment. The plaintiff and defendant were parties to an Engagement Letter under which the plaintiff was to provide financial advisory services for a reduced fee with the expectation that the defendant would offer the plaintiff the opportunity to act as a financial advisor to DGI on any resulting acquisition or other strategic transaction.
