MEMORANDUM
BLAKE, District Judge.
The named plaintiffs are employees of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. They have filed suit on behalf of themselves and a proposed class consisting of all other African-American employees of the plant seeking redress for alleged racial discrimination in the course of their employment. Currently pending are the defendants’ Motion for an Order Determining that Plaintiffs may not Maintain this Class Action and Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and the plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint.
