— In the complaint filed in this case there are set forth several distinct causes of action. The first is on account for work and labor alleged to have been performed by plaintiff for defendant at its special instance and request. The others are on account for work and labor alleged to have been performed by other parties for the defendant at its especial instance and request, and by such parties sold and transferred to the plaintiff.
