BICKLEY, J. Appellant has filed a motion for rehearing upon the grounds that in the original opinion the court failed to pass on appellant’s contention that the decree complained of was in excess of the equity powers of the court in mortgage foreclosure cases, and therefore irregular and in excess of the jurisdiction of the court, and that in said opinion we failed to pass upon appellant’s contention that the decree complained of was not within the issues embraced by the pleadings, and was therefore irregular and in excess of the court’s jurisdiction.
