In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hutcherson, J.), dated *596February 28, 1986, as denied their motion for partial summary judgment dismissing the third cause of action of the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
