Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered November 1, 1976, by direction of the Trial Justice granting defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case on trial before a jury, unanimously reversed, on the law, vacated and a new trial ordered, with $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal to abide the event.
