OPINION AND ORDER
LAFFITTE, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff Grace Matos Ortiz (“Matos”) brings suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e et seq. (West 1994) (“Title VII”) for quid pro quo and hostile environment sexual harassment and for retaliation. Matos also brings suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for denial of the equal protection of the laws. Finally, Matos invokes this Court’s supplemental jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1367 (West 1993), and asserts claims under “the applicable labor laws of Puerto Rico, as well as the tort law of the Commonwealth.” She does not specify the…
