ORDER
PETER WENTWORTH BOWIE, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court to resolve whether ballots filed by HBMC Partners and the IRS should be counted in the voting on debtor’s plan of reorganization. Both creditors timely filed objections to confirmation of debtor’s plan. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and General Order 312-D of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L), (0).
