In the probate court of Cook county, Henry F. Reese, appellant, filed a claim against the estate of Eugene N. Berbeeker, deceased; based upon a note for $4,000, signed by Berbeeker, dated October 1, 1929, payable to appellant one year after date. The claim was allowed in full by the probate court. The Estate appealed to the circuit court of Cook county, where the cause was tried' de novo before the court without a jury. From a finding and judgment entered dismissing the claim appellant has appealed.
