Cleonilde Nunes de Melo, a citizen of Brazil, appeals the judgment of the district court1 dismissing her products liability claims against Lederle Laboratories on grounds of forum non conveniens. De Melo argues on appeal that the district court abused its discretion in concluding that Brazil was an adequate alternative forum for this litigation, and that on balance, this litigation would be more convenient for the parties and the available fora if tried in Brazil. We affirm.
