The principal question requiring consideration is whether in the establishment of a road by judicial proceedings under Minn. St. 1941, § 162.20 (Mason St. 1927, § 2581), the width of the road must be specifically determined and set forth. In the proceedings taken below, and which are now before us on writ of certiorari, this was not done.
