Henry Strobl, Frank Sullivan and Mary Armbruster (hereinafter referred to individually by their surnames and collectively as Plaintiffs) filed a petition for a permanent injunction against Robert and Carole Lane (Defendants). The petition alleged that Plaintiffs comprised the three members of Sac Valley Estates (Estates) Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
